{"id":113,"date":"2026-03-16T12:51:10","date_gmt":"2026-03-16T12:51:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/deepcel.univ-tours.fr\/deepcel\/?p=113"},"modified":"2026-03-16T12:51:10","modified_gmt":"2026-03-16T12:51:10","slug":"a-free-deepcel-course-on-the-spread-of-rfid-technology","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/deepcel.univ-tours.fr\/deepcel\/index.php\/2026\/03\/16\/a-free-deepcel-course-on-the-spread-of-rfid-technology\/","title":{"rendered":"A free (DEEPCEL) course on the Spread of RFID technology"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Some time ago, a short book on the proliferation of RFID chips\u2014particularly single-use ones\u2014which can be found everywhere was published in French [<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fnac.com\/a16410271\/Etienne-Lemaire-Avec-ou-sans-contact\">1<\/a>].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More recently, as part of the Erasmus+ DEEPCEL project, we have focused on raising students\u2019 awareness of eco-design and the circular economy in the field of digital electronics. Given their highly digital and connected nature, as well as their use of fairly advanced RF and cryptographic protocols, RFID chips are relatively simple objects through which to explore this topic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For those who would like to explore the topic further, a Moodle course accessible to everyone (in guest mode) is available, providing access to a manuscript in English, various bibliographic sources, and other slides and materials.
